Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Clients are responsible for canceling their appointments via confirmation email after booking. If client decides not to reschedule/ cancel their appointment in the 48 hour time period, they will lose their deposit and will also be charged full price. If appointments aren't canceled in advance or don't show up for the appointment, the card on file will be charged the full-service price. However, clients will be unable to make any further appointments online with us. Please keep in mind that appointment slots are limited before deciding to reschedule. A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure an appointment. This deposit will be credited towards your service. Deposits are non-refundable.
