A Non-Refundable Deposit is REQUIRED to book, and will also be credited towards your service.

If booking with Pearl as my braider, I agree: Three- four days prior to my appointment date, my card on file will be charged the remainder of the service cost.

I agree/ understand that all remaining balances will be charged 3 to 4 days prior to my appointment date.

You are responsible for rescheduling or canceling your appointment via confirmation email after booking.

You Agree to the following:

If you decided not to reschedule/ cancel your appointment 48 hours prior, you will loose your deposit and also be charged full price

No email/ no show will be banned from the scheduling site and charged the service full amount.

if you come to your appointment and decided that you would like to reschedule, you would have to pay the full amount and another deposit to reschedule.

You can only reschedule your appointment up to 2 weeks after your original date. If there isn't anything available please cancel your appointment. (via confirmation email)

Once you book your appointment, the address will be located in the confirmation email as an attachment.
Please don't show up more than 5 minutes early before your appointment time.

A NICE FALL TOP/ BLOUSE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THIS SERVICE!

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADDING COLOR, THE BRAIDING HAIR MUST BE THE SAME COLOR AS YOUR NATURAL HAIR COLOR.

FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PURCHASE RED BRAIDING HAIR, YOUR NATURAL HAIR MUST BE RED.

If you fail to add these services to your appointment, there will be a double charge!
Hair Prep
-Your hair must be blown out as straight as possible (ZERO products)
-Required hair length is 4 inches or longer
-Please be sure to add ALL ADD ON SERVICES to your appointment ahead of time. (Ex. Thick hair, Trim, Triangle parts, Blow dry) If your hair is not detangled and blown out properly there will be a DOUBLE CHARGE. If your hair isn’t blown out properly we can refuse to do your hair. This isn't fair to the following clients.
Touch ups: All Clients must have their hair taken down and was properly for perimeter and crown touch ups.
Request/ Waiting List
Waiting list- This list is for open availability due to cancellations or no show. Please be aware that our waiting list will refresh each month.
Request- Please note that your request has been accepted once your deposit is paid.
